# The Accessibility International logo

> Accessibility International's logo: a brushstroke circle with a hand-drawn A and a typeset I, drawn in code.

Part of [From Retrofit to Sovereignty](https://blind-ant.com/pieces/from-retrofit-to-sovereignty/index.md), a Piece.

Logo, 2026. Drawn in code by Claude, from Charlotte Joanne's brief.

On warm off-white paper, a single circle of black ink, painted in two brushstrokes like a Japanese ensō, left open at the top left and the bottom right. Where the strokes end, the letters sit in the gaps: on the left a loose, hand-brushed A, on the right a clean serif I. Beside the circle, in a classic serif, Accessibility International, on two lines.

The hand-drawn A and the typeset I are the human stroke meeting the engineered one. The gaps in the circle are deliberate: wholeness that does not need perfection.
